In which a test fixture was designed to reproduce the combined effects of pressure, temperature, friction, and vibration over the full range of extreme environmental conditions experienced in a Client's production environment. To protect the trade secrets and intellectual property of the Client who commissioned this project, sensitive identifying details have been deliberately obscured or altered. The essential character of the problem, the design approach and solutions have been preserved.
